By the end of this year, our national debt will grow larger than our entire economy. The actions set forth in the Cut, Cap, and Balance Act will help to stabilize our economy by enacting long-term spending cuts without raising taxes on over-burdened and hardworking Americans. The House of Representatives passed H.R. 2560, the Cut, Cap, and Balance Act of 2011, by a vote of 234 to 190.
