Herman Cain America is Ready VIDEO

Herman Cain for President Video set to Krista Branch's "I Am America."

America’s moral foundation does not need to be rewritten. It needs to be respected and taught to our children and grandchildren. It is the basis for our concept of freedom. As former President Ronald Reagan reminded us many years ago:

“Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it on to our children in the blood stream. It must be fought for and protected and handed on for them to do the same. Or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and grandchildren what is used to be like in the United States when men were free.”

We are free because “In God Is Our Trust.”

HERMAN CAIN CLARIFIES "RIGHT OF RETURN" REMARKS

Herman responds to the attempt to create a tempest in a teapot by the "mainstream press". You know how scared they are by how loud they yell.

Herman Cain

(Stockbridge, GA)- In an interview this morning on FOX News Sunday with Christopher Wallace, Herman Cain addressed the issue of "right of return" for the country of Israel. In clarification of these remarks, Mr. Cain released the following statement:

I have long been a vocal and unwavering supporter of our friend and ally, Israel.

All Israeli governments have rejected the "right" of large numbers of Arabs or Palestinians to return to what is now the state of Israel. Such an en masse return would unbalance Israel's demographic makeup as the world's sole Jewish state.

In this light, should the "right of return" "be negotiated," as I said, "if that is a decision that Israel wants to make"? Certainly, and to reiterate, it's Israel's call. Israel has a long record of being more gracious to its enemies than its enemies are to it, and this would be yet another example of that. But is the "right of return" a moral imperative? Is it something Israel must grant? Is it something the United States ought to encourage?

The answer is no on every count.

Our policy on Palestinian affairs must be wholly a function of our policy on Israeli affairs. Israel is a friend. Israel is an ally. Israel shares common values with us. Israel shares common interests with us, especially in the eradication of terrorism and the need for bringing peace to the region. As President, I will never lose sight of these basic facts. Any aspirant to the Presidency must have the unshakable US-Israeli alliance at the core of his or her strategic vision in the Middle East.

As your President, I would.

Americans for Prosperity Presidential Summit on Spending and Job Creation Manchester New Hampshire VIDEO

On April 29th, 2011 Americans for Prosperity Foundation hosted a Presidential Summit on Spending and Job Creation live from Manchester, NH.

Americans for Prosperity Foundation hosted the Presidential Summit on Spending and Job Creation in New Hampshire. Speakers included former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney, former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann, former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, and businessman Herman Cain. Watch the video above to see the full broadcast!

This is the first opportunity the presidential candidates will have to detail their plans on reining in government spending, ending budget deficits, and eliminating the national debt.

We’ve seen clearly where the current administration stands. Simply put, when it comes to budget deficits and debt, President Obama’s policies have been bankrupting America.

President Obama has increased discretionary spending by almost 25% during his first two years and over 55% when you include the failed $814 billion “stimulus” boondoggle passed in 2009.

His health care takeover legislation, if not overturned by the courts or Congress, will mean trillions more in big government waste and bureaucracy along with higher taxes and health care costs for American families and businesses.

Meanwhile, on his watch, Medicare has slipped still further down the road toward failure.

Iowa Faith & Freedom CoalitionFormer Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, former Godfather’s Pizza CEO Herman Cain and former Louisiana Gov. Buddy Roemer are among people mentioned as potential presidential candidates who have confirmed attendance at the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition’s Spring Event on March 7.

Here’s the full press release from the Iowa Faith & Freedom Coalition:

Those confirmed to attend include former CEO of Godfather’s Pizza Herman Cain, former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, former Louisiana Governor Buddy Roemer and former Pennsylvania Senator Rick Santorum.
