sweet justice

pudding over veal
thanks to a ruling by federal justice robert w. sweet, demonstrators/protesters at the 2004 republican national convention will have protection against illegal search and seizure of their personal property, and nypd will not have the right to use iron gates to pen them in like so much veal. this is welcome news to defenders of the constitution, but of course it's all theory until put to the 'proof's in the pudding test'.
