Wow... This convention blog actually has a comments feature.

Anyway, some of us College Republicans were just watching part of the convention tonight at school... Personally, I have strong concerns about many things that I heard, and about the speaker line-up at this year's convention... (the same was true of the 2000 convention - the last RNC convention that I enjoyed watching was the 1996 one... 1992 was excellent as well).

There are some issues that need to be addressed; there are several different groups on the Right right now, and within the Republican Party, and they all need to be listened to... We need to, however, try to adhere to traditional conservative and pro-liberty values.

I will be writing and commenting about these issues in depth more in the future. Keep up the good work at this weblog, and with the other convention-related websites.
