Judiciary votes 13-5 to OK Roberts (VIDEO)

All 10 Republicans plus 3 Democrats, Patrick Leahy of Vermont, Russell Feingold and Herb Kohl of Wisconsin, voted to pass the Roberts nomination to the full Senate.
