Ed Royce (R-CA), Chairman of the Terrorism, Nonproliferation and Trade Subcommittee, issued the following statement in reaction to Osama bin Laden's death: "This is a victory for our intelligence and military professionals and a victory for the American people. It also brings a sense of relief to all of those who lost loved ones on 9/11. "The face of al-Qaeda is dead. But the organization and its adherents live on.
