I oppose mandates under which individuals or employers who do not purchase health insurance would be subject to penalties. I support health insurance reform under which coverage could be obtained regardless of pre-existing condition.

I support ideas like Health Savings Accounts, which empower individuals to make personal health care choices that reduce health care costs. I oppose any government rationing of health care or reduction of benefits for seniors or any Americans. Decisions on health care should be made by patients and doctors, not by bureaucrats in Washington, DC. |
